Do you feel like something isn’t quite right in your life? Do you feel lost? Are you searching for the path to regain balance and serenity, but nothing seems to work?

Through this program, I aim to share with you all the keys I’ve acquired through my experience and practices to support you on your journey. Initially focused on meditation, I’ve decided to enrich this program by incorporating various powerful practices and tools.

My intention is to provide you with all the necessary tools to care for yourself, cultivate self-love, without being dogmatic or restricting you to a single practice or path. I aspire to offer you greater freedom in your healing, self-care, and personal growth journey, while transmitting this knowledge to you in a fluid and accessible manner for optimal integration.

To bring you into the present moment, I’ll teach you techniques such as voice work, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, seated and moving meditation, writing, yoga, dance, understanding the feminine and masculine, as well as conscious sexuality.
  • Progressive guidance: This program gently guides you through the fundamentals of mindfulness. Each day, you have the freedom to choose which routine videos to follow based on how you feel.
  • Deepening self-awareness: Each week corresponds to a chapter, and each chapter explores an aspect of your inner world. You’ll delve into these themes through reading the ebook, practical exercises, and our weekly Zoom meetings.
  • Wisdom from experience: This program has been created with an understanding of the mental and emotional challenges you may face. You’ll be supported throughout this journey.
